central spot for exploring jerusalem's historic treasures
my stay here was made so much better by the friendly reception staff who provided great tips on where to eat and visit. It was a short 10-minute walk to the old city where i explored remarkable landmarks like the dome of the rock and jaffa gate.

The location is perfect, right above a tram station. Clean rooms come with amazing views, and you can grab free coffee, tea, and cookies anytime! We felt especially lucky during the rain because the hotel lent us umbrellas to explore the city without a hitch.

The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right outside making it easy to reach the Old City. The room was modern and clean, featuring a smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, and a spacious shower. Plus, there’s unlimited free coffee, tea, and cookies available all day, which is a nice touch! The terrace on the 13th floor offers stunning city views.
Accessing the lift requires a key card, which can be inconvenient.

If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the Marzipan Bakery nearby for some mouthwatering pastries. Also, the rooftop views of Jerusalem are simply unforgettable! The location is fantastic, right by a tram stop, making exploring the city a breeze.
Plus, the bathroom might flood a tad after showering, yet it won’t ruin your experience.

despite the 'charming' view, my tiny room was nowhere near what was advertised. I ended up on the 13th floor instead of 15th, with a barely-there city view. And oh, how delightful that I couldn't even get breakfast at the hotel! almost thought of giving a better review, but this was just too much to ignore.

We stayed for 5 nights with our kids and dog. The location was ideal, right next to the tram and just a short stroll from Mahane Yehuda market. The room was clean, and the staff treated us warmly, even offering advice for our visit to the Israeli House of Representatives.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from a tram stop and close to vibrant markets. A delightful surprise was enjoying unlimited refreshments, including cookies, tea, and coffee, available throughout the day. However, the room was quite small, and the key card access for the lift can be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom was narrow, which detracted slightly from the overall comfort but didn’t ruin the experience. Despite these minor issues, the stunning views and warm hospitality made the stay worthwhile.
